FREIGHT POLICY
All orders are shipped F.O.B. our factory. We ship the fastest, most economical method, UPS or truck freight. We will ship air freight at your request. All orders are sent freight collect unless prior arrangements have been made.

RETURNS
Any product ordered in error is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Written permission is required and return policy is limited to 30 days.

TERMS
A 50% deposit is required on all COD orders. Full payment saves COD charges. Only certified checks, money orders, VISA or MASTERCARD will be accepted. California dealers and residents must have a resale card on file or add 7.75% sales tax to your order. Dealer accounts can be arranged and payment on these accounts are due on the 10th of the month following date of shipment. A 2% discount can be taken if payment is postmarked by the 10th.

GUARANTEE
Autopower products are guaranteed to be free of defects due to workmanship or materials. Our products will fit in an unmodified version of the vehicle which it was designed for. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of a defective part.

EXPECT SOME PAINT DAMAGE
Black enamel is applied to all roll bars and roll cages. The black enamel finish is a cover coat only. These items must be shipped by truck and cannot be boxed or adequately protected. There is NO WARRANTY on the finish.
